Shirdi is a town in the Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra in India. It is located 185 km east of the Arabian Sea shoreline. Shirdi was where the great saint Sai Baba lived till his samadhi in 1918. Today, it is a pilgrimage center and millions of his devotees from all over the world come each year to pay their respects. The best time of the year to visit Shirdi is January through March. April to June is summer, followed by the monsoon. Pilgrim arrival peaks between September and November when many Hindu festivals occur. Baba's death anniversary is commemorated in the month of October, the exact date depending on the Hindu calendar. Some of the most important festivals in Shirdi are Dussera, Guru Poornima and Baba's death anniversary. During this time lakhs of devotees come to Shirdi.

DAY 01 : KUALA LUMPUR / MUMBAI
➤ Depart Kuala Lumpur and arrive Mumbai Airport.After customs and Immigration clearance,meet our representative,transfer and check on to hotel.In evening proceed with Victoria Tour.To savour the ambience of Mumbai street in the traditional mode of transportation,the horse drawn "tonga" or "Victoria" as it is called in Mumbai offers a unique experience.A 2-hour tour takes you from Gateway of India around the illuminated buildings and monuments of a city that never sleeps,along the Chowpatty Beach and Marine Drive.
DAY 02 : MUMBAI / SHIRDI (Breakfast)
➤ After breakfast depart by surface to Shirdi.Upon arrival check in at hotel.Afternoon proceed with visit to Sai Baba Temple.Overnight at hotel.
DAY 03 : SHIRDI / SHINGANAPUR / SHIRDI (Breakfast)
➤ After breakfast proceed with visit to Shingnapur.Shani Shingnapur is an important shrine for Lord Shani is in Shingnapur,in Maharashtra,India.Shingnapur is located half-way between Shirdi and Aurangabad.The deity here is 'Swayambhu' that is self-emerged from earth in from of Black but imposing stone.Though no one knows exact period,it is believed that Swayambhu shaneeswara was found from time immemorial by shepherds of then local hamlet.It is believed be in existence at least since Kaliyugam.
DAY 04 : SHIRDI / MUMBAI (Breakfast)
➤ After breakfast depart by surface to Mumbai.Upon arrival,check in at hotel.Afternoon proceed with half day tour of Mumbai visiting to Gateway Of India,Mumbai's principle landmark.This arch of yellow bassalt was erected on the waterfront in 1924 to commemorate King George V's visit to this colony in 1911.Drive past the Afghan Church,Secretariat of Maharashtra Government and along the Marine Drive which is fondly known as the 'Queen's Necklace'.Visit Jain Temple and and Hanging Gardens which offers a splendid view of the city,Chowpatty,Kamala Nehru Park and also Mani Bhavan where Mahatma Gandhi stayed during his visits to Mumbai.Drive past Haji Ali Mosque ,a shrine in honour of a Muslim Saint on an island 500 m out at sea and is linked by a causeway to the mainland.Stop at the "Dhobi Ghat" where Mumbai 'dirties' are scrubbed,bashed,dyed and hung out to dry.Watch the local train passing close by on which the city commuters 'hang out like laundry'- a nice phtography shop.
DAY 05 : MUMBAI / EXCURSION TO ELEPHANT CAVES (Breakfast)
➤ After breakfast at hotel,proceed with excursion to Elephanta Caves.An early morning excursion across the Mumbai harbour to 1200 year old Elephanta Caves,housing some of the most beautiful rock-cuts of the period.The famous Trimurti sculpture of three-faced Shiva depicting his three aspects as Creator,Preserve and Destroyer is powerfully portrayed in the massive sculpture.Closed on Mondays and not available during the monsoon.
DAY 06 : MUMBAI / DEPART (Breakfast)
➤ After breakfast,free at leisure till transfer to Mumbai Airport to board and arrive Kuala Lumpur with sweet memories of an enjoyable holiday.

Deposit must be paid upon reservation and the balance must be paid 35 days prior to departure.
A deposit which is 50 % of the total ground cost must be paid upon confirmation of the booking.
Ticket fees must be fully paid during the time of booking.
VISA APPLICATION FEE
Visa application fee must be prepaid in full by the applicant and is not refundable.
2) CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT CHARGES
Once booked, a basic administration fees of RM 300.00 / person will be collected.
90 days before departure ………… RM 500.00 per person
60 days before departure ………… RM 1000.00 per person
30 days before departure ………… RM 2000.00 per person
21 days before departure ………… 50 % of tour fare
3) TRAVEL DOCUMENT
It is passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid international passport, relevant visas & health certificates if required and ample time must be given to Viking Tours & Travel for visa application.

5) TOUR FARE EXCLUDES
Airport tax, fuel surcharge, ticket insurance, visa fees, port tax and service fees, excess baggage charge, beverage, room service, laundry, porterage, room items damage during occupancy, personal and baggage insurance, gratuities to driver and tour escort, US Custom Fee / Immigration Tax and all items of personal nature. All the above charges shall be borne entirely by the tour member and is subject to change. Exact amount will be based on the due date of ticket issue. Any difference has to be topped up by the tour member.
6) CHILD FARE
Child fare is based on sharing room with two adults. A surcharge will be imposed for a child who occupies a room with only one adult.
7) GROUND TOUR HANDLING
Our company endeavours to provide exclusive ground handling transportation and sightseeing services. However, tour members may be placed on a seat-in-coach basis operated by a local Day Tour company where necessary due to insufficient group size.
8) EXTENSION OF STAY
#Extension of ticket must be informed at the time of reservation.
#Extension of ticket is only permitted at the last stop but subject to airfare difference &
seat confirmation by the airline.
#Airport transfer will not be provided.
In the event of flight delay or cancellation requiring oneself to extend his/her stay in hotel(s), the cost shall be borne by him / her solely. Viking Tours & Travel (M) Sdn. Bhd. and respective ground agents shall not be held liable for the additional charges caused by any Airlines’ delay or cancellation.
The baggage allowance given per passenger varies according to the airlines. (All baggage at owner’s risk unless insured). The company assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to baggage or belongings (checked-in or hand carried) whilst they are in the custody of the airlines. Other transportation companies, accommodation supplies. However, the company will assist you in filling the relevant claims (e.g in the airport) provided it does not interfere with the conduct of the tour or other members of the tour group.
In event of any deviation or additional usage of transportation or extra charges in hotels incur during the tour, the additional cost shall be borne by the client (s) and paid directly to the relevant person concerned. Viking Tours & Travel accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings or resulting directly from any occurrences beyond its control including breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delays, medical or customs regulations, cancellations, change in itinerary of schedules, etc. Travel documents are the responsibility of persons taking the tours. The organizers reserve the right to alter itineraries, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation reserved etc., if this is necessary or in the case of force majeure. The company reserves the right to cancel land tour prior to departure for any reasons, including insufficient number of participants. Should this happen the entire payment will be refunded without further obligations on the part of the company. Viking Tours & Travel also reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his act or conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, harmony and welfare of other clients and the tour as a whole and Viking Tours & Travel shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person. No guides, tour leaders or other employees or agent of Viking Tours & Travel is authorized to commit the company to any liability whatsoever and the company will not be bounded by any statement or representation unless it is in writing and signed by a management executive of the company. The special air ticket issued is based on group travel and restricted to respective airline. It is strictly non-endorsable, non-refundable, on-reroutable. Alteration on the routing or date of travel is at the passenger’s own risk. No refund will be made to any person for unused air-ticket or who do not utilize any meal and sightseeing tour or accommodation not use in in part or full.
# For handicapped / disabled individual passengers, it should be accompanied by his/her own family relatives for care-taking.
Also note that any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot. The organizers strongly urge all the intending passengers to equip themselves with all special care or needs they may require.
11) TRAVEL INSURANCE
All tour members are encouraged to buy travel insurance to safeguard themselves against sickness, loss of money, cancellation, flight delays or lost baggage.
12) COST VARIATION
The package cost is based on current airfare, airport taxes and other relevant cost and is subject to change with the introduction of any new taxes, surcharges and foreign exchange fluctuations etc. if there is any. Local government taxes and interstate permit charges can be changed even after your tour departure.
