DAY 1 : ARRIVAL - YANGON (Meal on Board/Lunch/Dinner)
Depart Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 1020 hrs by OD 550. Arrive Yangon International Airport at 1140 hrs. Upon arrival, meet and welcome by our local representative. Proceed for sightseeing, visit White Elephant, Kaba Aye Monks' Collage and Maha Pasana Gula located in Mayangone Township. Later check in to hotel and then proceed for the lunch. Later visit Chauk Htat Gyi Sleeping Buddha. Evening visit The City Hall of Yangon, Maha Bandoola park and the Golden Pagoda. Later proceed for the dinner. Free at your own leisure.

DAY 2 : YANGON - KYAUK TAN (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing program which include Kyauk Tan pagoda on the river (by boat) in Tanlyin Township. Feeding the fishes on the river will be enjoyed and later visit Hindu Temple. Lunch at local restaurant. Then visit National Museum and proceed for dinner. Later free at your own leisure.

DAY 3 : KYAUK TAN - BAGO - KYAIK HTO (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast proceed to BAGO. Will take about 2 hrs 30 mins. On arrival at BAGO, you will be taken to the historical site Mya Tha Lyaung Pagoda(sleeping pagoda). Later proceed for Monastery. There you can find a big snake and a believe concern with it is, if we offer about RM 5, they will pray for you to solve all of your problems, difficulties and will fulfill all your desires. Proceed for lunch at Chinese Restaurant. Later proceed to Kyaik-Hto, which will take about 1 hr 30 mins. On arrival proceed for dinner. Later free at leisure.

DAY 4 : KYAIK HTO - GOLDEN ROCK - YANGON (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast proceed to Kyaik Hti Yoo Pagoda. At the foot of the Pagoda hill, you will be provided a special truck to the Pagoda. Other buses are not capable of climbing the steep hill. You have to walk about 15 minutes on the Pagoda precincts to see all the important places. The main Pagoda is on the edge of the steep rock. Guest will be given three hours for shopping. Later proceed back down hill by this special truck. Later proceed for lunch at a Chinese Restaurant. After lunch proceed to Yangon. On arrival Yangon, dinner will be served at local Indian Restaurant. Later free at leisure.

DAY 5 : YANGON - BOGYOKE MARKET (Meal on Board/Breakfast)
After breakfast proceed for Shopping at Bogyoke Market. Later proceed for lunch at local Indian Restaurant.After lunch proceed to Yuzana Market, the biggest shopping spot of Myanmar. It is well know for its 21 exit points. Time to say SAYONARA to Yangon. On time transfer to Yangon International Airport to board and depart by OD 551 at 1225hrs and arrival to Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 1650hrs with sweet memories.


Deposit must be paid upon reservation and the balance must be paid 35 days prior to departure.



A deposit which is 50 % of the total ground cost must be paid upon confirmation of the booking.


Ticket fees must be fully paid during the time of booking.


Visa application fee must be prepaid in full by the applicant and is not refundable.



Once booked, a basic administration fees of RM 300.00 / person will be collected.

21 days before departure ………… 50 % of tour fare



It is passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid international passport, relevant visas & health certificates if required and ample time must be given to Viking Tours & Travel for visa application.

Airport tax, fuel surcharge, ticket insurance, visa fees, port tax and service fees, excess baggage charge, beverage, room service, laundry, porterage, room items damage during occupancy, personal and baggage insurance, gratuities to driver and tour escort, US Custom Fee / Immigration Tax and all items of personal nature. All the above charges shall be borne entirely by the tour member and is subject to change. Exact amount will be based on the due date of ticket issue. Any difference has to be topped up by the tour member.


Child fare is based on sharing room with two adults. A surcharge will be imposed for a child who occupies a room with only one adult.



Our company endeavours to provide exclusive ground handling transportation and sightseeing services. However, tour members may be placed on a seat-in-coach basis operated by a local Day Tour company where necessary due to insufficient group size.



#Extension of ticket must be informed at the time of reservation.

#Extension of ticket is only permitted at the last stop but subject to airfare difference &

  seat confirmation by the airline.

#Airport transfer will not be provided.

In the event of flight delay or cancellation requiring oneself to extend his/her stay in hotel(s), the cost shall be borne by him / her solely.  Viking Tours & Travel (M) Sdn. Bhd. and respective ground agents shall not be held liable for the additional charges caused by any Airlines’ delay or cancellation.


The baggage allowance given per passenger varies according to the airlines. (All baggage at owner’s risk unless insured). The company assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to baggage or belongings (checked-in or hand carried) whilst they are in the custody of the airlines. Other transportation companies, accommodation supplies. However, the company will assist you in filling the relevant claims (e.g in the airport) provided it does not interfere with the conduct of the tour or other members of the tour group.



In event of any deviation or additional usage of transportation or extra charges in hotels incur during the tour, the additional cost shall be borne by the client (s) and paid directly to the relevant person concerned. Viking Tours & Travel accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings or resulting directly from any occurrences beyond its control including breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delays, medical or customs regulations, cancellations, change in itinerary of schedules, etc. Travel documents are the responsibility of persons taking the tours. The organizers reserve the right to alter itineraries, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation reserved etc., if this is necessary or in the case of force majeure. The company reserves the right to cancel land tour prior to departure for any reasons, including insufficient number of participants. Should this happen the entire payment will be refunded without further obligations on the part of the company. Viking Tours & Travel also reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his act or conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, harmony and welfare of other clients and the tour as a whole and Viking Tours & Travel shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person. No guides, tour leaders or other employees or agent of Viking Tours & Travel is authorized to commit the company to any liability whatsoever and the company will not be bounded by any statement or representation unless it is in writing and signed by a management executive of the company. The special air ticket issued is based on group travel and restricted to respective airline. It is strictly non-endorsable, non-refundable, on-reroutable. Alteration on the routing or date of travel is at the passenger’s own risk. No refund will be made to any person for unused air-ticket or who do not utilize any meal and sightseeing tour or accommodation not use in in part or full. 


# For handicapped / disabled individual passengers, it should be accompanied by his/her own family relatives for care-taking.


Also note that any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot. The organizers strongly urge all the intending passengers to equip themselves with all special care or needs they may require.



All tour members are encouraged to buy travel insurance to safeguard themselves against sickness, loss of money, cancellation, flight delays or lost baggage.



The package cost is based on current airfare, airport taxes and other relevant cost and is subject to change with the introduction of any new taxes, surcharges and foreign exchange fluctuations etc. if there is any. Local government taxes and interstate permit charges can be changed even after your tour departure.
