DAY 1-ARRIVE DELHI
➤ Arrive at New Delhi Airport, meet and assist on arrival by our representative. Transfer to hotel for overnight stay. The rest of the day is for leisure activities.
DAY 2-DELHI~JAIPUR (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
➤ Morning after breakfast, head towards exploring the beauty of the Capital City, which endows a blend of Mughal and British architecture,quite captivating in its own way. Go for Delhi sightseeing tour, drive past India Gate, Rashtrapathi Bhawan, Parliament House, and visit the magnificent Qutub Minar. Every monument in Delhi has a story, especially connected with the India Freedom Movement . It narrates its own saga and the turbulent times faced by the country to achieve independence. In the evening, we take the bus journey toward Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan.
DAY 3-JAIPUR (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
➤ Morning after breakfast, explore Jaipur ‘Pink City of India’. It is called so because a large number of the tourist places in Jaipur are of terracotta pink color, such as the forts, havelis and palaces. Jaipur is probably the most important tourist destination in India after the medieval city of Agra. In Jaipur drive through the ramparts of Rajput clans and to the vibrant markets arraying with traditional attire and handicrafts. Indulge in a sightseeing tour constituting the main Jaipur attractions like Amber Fort , Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar and City Palace. Return to hotel for dinner.
DAY 4-JAIPUR~AGRA (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
➤ Morning after breakfast at hotel, depart by surface for Agra, en route visiting the world heritage monument of Fatehpur Sikri and with lunch break at Bharatpur. Evening arrive in Agra and check in to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 5-AGRA~DELHI~KALKA(BY TRAIN) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
➤ Early in the morning, we proceed with Agra sightseeing one of the most visited destinations in India. Visit Taj Mahal, the Seven Wonders of the World and most beautiful and fascinating masterpiece of Mughal era. Agra brings forth the medieval city that is quite famous for its historical monuments and architectural excellence with beautiful marble work. This beautiful city is located on the banks of River Yamuna. Agra boasts of housing three UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri and Taj Mahal. Agra has been the capital of some of the rulling dynasties like Lodhi and the Mughals in the past. After lunch at hotel, we depart by road for Delhi. Upon arrival we board the Kalka-Howrah Express train departing at 2250 hours for Kalka. The overnight stay would be in train.
DAY 6-KALKA~SHIMLA (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
➤ Arrive at Kalka early in the morning and immediately board the Kalka-Shimla Shivalik Express,also called as Toy Train and depart for Shimla. The tranquil beauty as well as the picturesque view of this magnificent city is something which will give you a thousand reasons to enjoy and cherish your stay at this place. Previously known as Shimla, Shimla is also referred to as the ‘Queen of Hills’. Surrounded by loffy mountains of the Himalaya, this city has created a special place in the of a numberof people with its dense pine forests and beautiful apple orchards. Shimla derives its name from the Goddess Kali, she descended here in the form named ‘Shyamali Devi’. The magnificent city was the summer capital of the British rule. Explore the main tourist places like Arki Fort, Gaiety Heitage Cultural Complex, Scandal Point Jakhoo Temple and Christ Church.Return to hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 7-SHIMLA~KUFRI~SHIMLA (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
➤ Today morning we visit Kufri, a pictureaque hill station situated 20km from Shimla in Himachal Pradesh. Founded in 1819 by the British, the popularity of the hill station as a tourist spot grew only in the last 50 years. We also visit the Himalayan Zoo (Closed on Mondays). Afternoon is for leisure activities. You can try out adventure activities skiing and tobogganing. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 8-SHIMLA~DELHI (BY TRAIN)~DEPART~KUALA LUMPUR (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
➤ After an early morning breakfast at hotel ,we proceed towards the Kalka Station to board the Paschim Express to reach New Delhi. After our arrival in the evening, we have a farewell dinne before departing for our respective destinations.

➤ Arrive Kuala Lumpur with sweet memories of an enjoyable holidays.
1) RESERVATION / DEPOSIT / FULL PAYMENT
Deposit must be paid upon reservation and the balance must be paid 35 days prior to departure.
A deposit which is 50 % of the total ground cost must be paid upon confirmation of the booking.
Ticket fees must be fully paid during the time of booking.

Visa application fee must be prepaid in full by the applicant and is not refundable.
2) CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT CHARGES
Once booked, a basic administration fees of RM 300.00 / person will be collected.

30 days before departure ………… RM 2000.00 per person
21 days before departure ………… 50 % of tour fare
3) TRAVEL DOCUMENT
It is passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid international passport, relevant visas & health certificates if required and ample time must be given to Viking Tours & Travel for visa application.

5) TOUR FARE EXCLUDES
Airport tax, fuel surcharge, ticket insurance, visa fees, port tax and service fees, excess baggage charge, beverage, room service, laundry, porterage, room items damage during occupancy, personal and baggage insurance, gratuities to driver and tour escort, US Custom Fee / Immigration Tax and all items of personal nature. All the above charges shall be borne entirely by the tour member and is subject to change. Exact amount will be based on the due date of ticket issue. Any difference has to be topped up by the tour member.
6) CHILD FARE
Child fare is based on sharing room with two adults. A surcharge will be imposed for a child who occupies a room with only one adult.
7) GROUND TOUR HANDLING
Our company endeavours to provide exclusive ground handling transportation and sightseeing services. However, tour members may be placed on a seat-in-coach basis operated by a local Day Tour company where necessary due to insufficient group size.
8) EXTENSION OF STAY
#Extension of ticket must be informed at the time of reservation.
#Extension of ticket is only permitted at the last stop but subject to airfare difference &
seat confirmation by the airline.
#Airport transfer will not be provided.
In the event of flight delay or cancellation requiring oneself to extend his/her stay in hotel(s), the cost shall be borne by him / her solely. Viking Tours & Travel (M) Sdn. Bhd. and respective ground agents shall not be held liable for the additional charges caused by any Airlines’ delay or cancellation.
The baggage allowance given per passenger varies according to the airlines. (All baggage at owner’s risk unless insured). The company assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to baggage or belongings (checked-in or hand carried) whilst they are in the custody of the airlines. Other transportation companies, accommodation supplies. However, the company will assist you in filling the relevant claims (e.g in the airport) provided it does not interfere with the conduct of the tour or other members of the tour group.
In event of any deviation or additional usage of transportation or extra charges in hotels incur during the tour, the additional cost shall be borne by the client (s) and paid directly to the relevant person concerned. Viking Tours & Travel accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings or resulting directly from any occurrences beyond its control including breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delays, medical or customs regulations, cancellations, change in itinerary of schedules, etc. Travel documents are the responsibility of persons taking the tours. The organizers reserve the right to alter itineraries, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation reserved etc., if this is necessary or in the case of force majeure. The company reserves the right to cancel land tour prior to departure for any reasons, including insufficient number of participants. Should this happen the entire payment will be refunded without further obligations on the part of the company. Viking Tours & Travel also reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his act or conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, harmony and welfare of other clients and the tour as a whole and Viking Tours & Travel shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person. No guides, tour leaders or other employees or agent of Viking Tours & Travel is authorized to commit the company to any liability whatsoever and the company will not be bounded by any statement or representation unless it is in writing and signed by a management executive of the company. The special air ticket issued is based on group travel and restricted to respective airline. It is strictly non-endorsable, non-refundable, on-reroutable. Alteration on the routing or date of travel is at the passenger’s own risk. No refund will be made to any person for unused air-ticket or who do not utilize any meal and sightseeing tour or accommodation not use in in part or full.
# For handicapped / disabled individual passengers, it should be accompanied by his/her own family relatives for care-taking.
Also note that any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot. The organizers strongly urge all the intending passengers to equip themselves with all special care or needs they may require.
11) TRAVEL INSURANCE
All tour members are encouraged to buy travel insurance to safeguard themselves against sickness, loss of money, cancellation, flight delays or lost baggage.
12) COST VARIATION
The package cost is based on current airfare, airport taxes and other relevant cost and is subject to change with the introduction of any new taxes, surcharges and foreign exchange fluctuations etc. if there is any. Local government taxes and interstate permit charges can be changed even after your tour departure.
