What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type: your name, phone number, email address and the trip, vehicle, visa, hotel or event information you provide. We also record the page you sent the form from. For security we store a one-way hashed version of your network address to limit spam. We do not publish prices online and we do not take payments through this website.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and itineraries, arrange bookings you ask for, and keep records of our dealings with you. We email you a confirmation of your enquiry and our team receives the details by email.

Sharing

We share information with airlines, hotels, insurers, embassies and other suppliers only as needed to deliver what you ask for. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and analytics

If analytics or advertising tags are switched on, they load only after you accept the cookie notice. You can decline and still use the whole website.

Keeping data safe

Forms are protected against automated abuse and sent over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiries is limited to authorised staff.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting duties, then delete or anonymise them.
